Our first two wines we will produce will be a Chardonnay and Cabernet, our two favorites. We sourced out some ultra premium Chardonnay grapes from a sustainably farmed vineyard in Los Alamos, Santa Barbara County, and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Dry Creek Ranch in Paso Robles. Both vineyards are about 10 years old, are meticulously maintained and use modern day farming practices, which equals excellent grapes which produce excellent wines! Here are a couple pictures of the vineyards our grapes will come from.
