OC Wine Project Launches

Frisby Cellars, Inc. has been formed and we have decided to call our wine venture the "OC Wine Project". Why a focus on OC? Born in California and raised in the OC, we are established in the area with careers, school, friends, and family. We would eventually like to open an "Urban Winery" in OC and produce all our wines here. For now, we will be based in OC and produce all our wines at a winery in Paso Robles called The Crush, where we are leasing space and equipment. We want to offer fellow OC residents delicious premium class wines at an affordable price, much the way we like it! The sharing of a winery will allow us to focus our investment on sourcing high quality grapes and producing excellent quality wines for consumers in Orange County. Our packaging will be edgy, yet stylish, and will stand out with its references to the OC region. Release of our wines will begin in late summer 2010 and and will be featured at restaurants, wine stores, local events, our website (under construction), and eventually a tasting room in OC.
