Frisby Cellars 2011 Cabernet Crush

Last week we spent a few days at The Crush in Paso de-stemming and crushing our 2011 Cabernet Sauvingon grapes.  The grapes we purchased were from the Dry Creek Ranch Vineyard in Paso Robles, the same vineyard that produced our 2008 Gold medal winning Cabernet and our new 2009 Reserve Cabernet that will be released in November.  We will be aging this Cabernet for 20-24 months in barrels prior to bottling and have plans to create a bordeaux style blend with a portion of this wine and bottle the remaining as 100% single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.  Heres a video clip and a few photos from the Crush:
