Our 2008 Cabernet Sauvingon was bottled last month and is expected to be released later this year. This wine is already showing excellent stucture and maturation of the fruit in the bottle. There are layers of red and black fruit on the nose and palate with a nice balance of oak, spice and tannins. The finish on this wine is smooth and lingering. This wine was produced from 100% Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and is a true expression of Paso varietal character and terroir. Pre-ordering for this wine will be coming soon.
