08' Cabernet Bottling

We bottled our 2008 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon on June 7th and 8th. This wine is the first of our "OC Collection" which will be one of several wines we produce that is dedicated to our OC roots and that we intend to feature at OC restaurants, specialty wine shops and local events. We want this wine to spend some time in the bottle before we release it in September or October 2010. We expect our website to be up and running in August and will begin taking orders for this limited production Cab. Look for an early order discount offer to come soon for this amazing wine. Only 124 cases were produced.
