FC 2010 Pinot Noir

Our new Pinot Noir will be bottled on May 10th and released once the wine spends a little time in bottle.  This will be a very limited production wine, with only around 70 cases available!   The fruit came from an ultra premium producing vineyard in the prestigious Templeton Gap area of San Luis Obispo County.  This fruit forward wine was aged in French Oak barrels for 18 months and presents with vibrant strawberry, ripe cherry, blackberry and gentle spices.  An elegant wine with balanced acidity.  We will keep you posted on the release date of this wine!
