Frisby Cellars 2010 Grape Crush

The last couple weeks have been busy processing our grapes and making wine! This year we purchased beautiful Pinot Noir grapes from the Templeton Gap area of Paso Robles and a Syrah from the Dry Creek Ranch Vineyard in Paso. Both vineyards are very well maintained and produce high quality fruit with low crop yields. All fruit was hand harvested and processed by Josh Frisby at our Paso Robles location. Fermentaion has completed on these wines, they have been pressed off the skins and placed into barrels for aging over the next 12-18 months. We are very excited about both these wines and can't wait to share them when the are ready! http://www.frisbycellars.com/
